Basically i think it's a good idea to talk to them while imagining their presence You can parrot if you want, but it's not necessary. Just remember that if you do parrot, there is no accidental parroting, so if you hear something and you didn't do it deliberately, it was your tulpa

It might be the tulpa you were trying to make before Some of the time, if you create a tulpa, and you dissipate it, it doesn't go away completely and instead goes into dormancy But if you're trying to create a tulpa again you might be like... 'recovering' valentine

yea probably im pretty sure its just once voice but once it just sounded abit funky idk tho

You can ignore all the other voices that aren't your tulpa, imo. They won't do anything.

maybe common question, when just talking to non-verbal tupla do you have to devote your attention entirerly to that or could I do something, like a repetitive task while doing it

Personally I think the best way is to just keep at it but me and Sasha have a unique way communicating sometimes so I don't know how much my opinion is worth

Every time I try to see my tulpa, I start staring at the wall or some other landscape/interior. it's quite difficult to explain, however, I'm starting to see blurry spots forming the silhouette of a person. he disappears quickly and unfortunately I can't see my tulpa any other way. does anyone have ways to speed up the process or is it left to wait?

Hmmm not really as i have considerable levels of visualisation but i still cant stop it from being warped after about five maybe ten seconds

Yes, it is. I try to see the tulpa in reality, however, so far I see only blurred "spots" disappearing soon. that's one of my problems.

I think that's the only thing I really have a problem with. otherwise, it seems like we understand each other well. even though I can't see my tulpa for a long time, I feel good if it touches me or gives some signs.

Just practice, including in out-and-about activities (I practiced by imposing my tulpas walking with me between classes on college campus)

Though when at home, the trick of walking around my imposed tulpa helped a lot for some reason, just seeing them from different angles

Sometimes having your tulpa speak in a microphone can help. We have used microphones, headsets, and megaphones to help our mind focus on someone's voice volume

You may want to spend some time in dark rooms! That way, your mind will want to add in stuff and maybe you can focus on making the splotches brighter? If you ever feel impatient and want to see your tulpa at all, you can practice visualization so you can imagine their form in your mind. However, you're more than welcome to jump directly into visual imposition

Well, they did put it in the "Faith" section anyways

he does vaugely mention it as its a belief some hold about what tulpas are and how they come into your life, nothing about chaos magic practices or anything

But yeah, metaphysical/supernatural discussion goes in #metaphysics so that you don't just get a bunch of people saying "That's not real" (edited)

Hm.. I haven't tried it yet. thanks for the advice. however, I would still like the spots to form a specific shape over time — they say, the face and the image of my tulpa.

I'm thinking you can practice the intensity and colors of the spots and then "sculpt them" later on to get a head, body, etc. At least, that's my understanding of how this approach to imposition goes?

have you ever had severe headaches during the beginning of forcing the tulpa?

there were some funny brain feelings too

it's a little weird.. I've almost never had headaches before. however, now I wake up almost every day with headaches and sometimes I feel a headache at some random moments when communicating with tulpa.
